My-Mail is an Australian small business based in Lowood, Queensland, creating meaningful mail subscriptions for kids and adults. We send thoughtful, tangible letters and creative activities through the post each month — bringing back the joy of real mail in a digital world.

Where do you ship?

We ship our mail subscriptions Worldwide.

All Australian orders are FREE POSTAGE while all other countries incur a small fee. All orders are packed and posted from Lowood, Queensland.

When will my subscription be posted?

Subscriptions are posted on the first business day of the month. You’ll receive your mail shortly after dispatch, depending on Australia Post delivery times in your area.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All My-Mail subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Simply email us at admin@my-mail.com.au and let us know.

What if my mail doesn’t arrive?

If your subscription hasn’t arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll happily look into it.

• A postcard sized artwork of that months animal

• A creative activity 

• A bonus surprise (varies by month)
